In 2013, Wyatt moved to Walla Walla Washington after incorporating Rolfe Law Office, PLLC. Wyatt remains “Of Counsel” to Schroeder Law Offices, P.C., where he joined the firm in 2006 after having previously served as law clerk during the summer of 2005.

Role and Development

Wyatt focuses his practice of water rights, water management, and water purvey or compliance by providing consultation on issues such as water right development/permitting, groundwater interference/connection, regulatory compliance, easements, water conveyances, drainage law and contracting. His practice includes service as special counsel to local government and utilities in water-related matters such as domestic water supply and utility rates. He has consulted and represented clients through various permitting and compliance matters before state and federal agencies, including:
