Daryl started with Schroeder Law Offices in 2001 as Legal Secretary, launching a long, productive and enjoyable relationship with the Firm. Armed with extensive experience in Office Management, Administration, and Customer Service, she filled many roles during her 14-year career with SLO, including Paralegal, Office Manager, and Marketing Director. Daryl also assisted with staff and client support and development, accounting, document management, billing and administration.
In October 2015, Daryl retired from her full-time position with the Firm. After returning from an adventurous month on the road traveling with her husband Kevin in their Airstream, Bella, Daryl is delighted to be back working on special projects for the Firm on a part-time basis.When she is not working on Estate Planning, training, client & marketing assignments, and Policy and Procedure development for the Firm, Daryl and Kevin spend as much time as possible traveling, particularly to favorite spots on the Oregon Coast.
A native of Chicago, Illinois, Daryl earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Education from Northern Illinois University in 1971, with a major in Political Science and a minor in History.

Professional skills include case management; trial preparation; drafting various litigation pleadings, document organization and management; law clerk; secretary and paralegal training; client marketing; administration, staff and client support; estate planning, drafting, and editing of Firm Manuals; news releases, and accounting.
A native of Chicago Illinois, Daryl has lived also in Wisconsin and Arizona. She earned her BS in Education from Northern Illinois University in 1971, with a major in Political Science and a minor in History.
