Colm Moore

Colm Moore earned his B.A. in History from the University of Michigan in 1996.  He received his J.D., cum laude, from Lewis and Clark Law School in 2002 and earned a Certificate in Environmental and Natural Resources Law.  After graduation, Colm spent three years working for the Nevada Supreme Court as a staff attorney in the Civil Division.  Colm joined Schroeder Law Offices, PC, in early 2006. 


In addition to appellate law, Colm focuses his practice on advising municipal water providers, domestic water organizations, and public and private entities on issues related to water rights and water related litigation.  Colm also assists clients with water rights transactions in Oregon and Nevada, including the transfer, sale, and lease of water rights.  


Colm is a member of the State Bar of Nevada, the Oregon State Bar, and the U.S. District Court for the District of Oregon.

 

 
Personal
Colm and his wife Christine, an attorney with the Oregon Supreme Court, live in Southeast Portland.  When not working they enjoy hiking, camping, winter sports, and travel.
