Colm Moore

Practice Areas

Colm focuses his practice primarily on advising municipal water providers, domestic water organizations, and public and private entities on issues related to water rights, water related litigation, and any associated appeals.  Colm also assists clients with water rights transactions in Oregon and Nevada, including the transfer, sale, and lease of water rights. 

Past Experience

After receiving his law degree, Colm spent three years working for the Nevada Supreme Court as a staff attorney in the Civil Division.  At the court, Colm evaluated and assisted the court with the disposition of hundreds of civil appeals in all areas of civil law.  Colm joined Schroeder Law Offices, PC, in early 2006.

Personal
Colm and his wife Christine, a labor and employment attorney, live in Southeast Portland.  In his free time, Colm enjoys playing basketball.
