Wyatt E. Rolfe

Mr. Rolfe joined Schroeder Law Offices as an associate attorney in September of 2006.  Previously he worked for the firm as a law clerk while attending Lewis and Clark Law School in Portland, Oregon.

Since joining Schroeder Law Offices Mr. Rolfe has authored several resource papers including "Drought Compels Federal and State Action" and "The Effect of the Klamath Takings Case." He has also provided the firm with research and insight into Oregon’s Irrigation District Law, federal Section 404 Clean Water Act jurisdiction, and Oregon’s removal/fill law.

At Lewis and Clark, Mr. Rolfe focused his studies in the areas of water law, land use, property transactions, local government law, and agricultural law.  He graduated in May of 2006 with a certificate in environmental and natural resources studies. He is a 1994 graduate of Colorado State University where he received a B.A. in Sociology.

Prior to attending law school, Mr. Rolfe worked for several years in the transportation logistics industry where he served purchasers, processors, and growers of numerous agricultural commodities.  His customer base ranged from independent onion growers to one of the largest fresh carrot shippers in the world.

At Schroeder Law Offices, Mr. Rolfe focuses his practice on water management within irrigation districts, municipal corporations, vineyards and golf courses.

 

 

 
Personal
In his spare time Wyatt enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, fly fishing, participating in sports and volunteering pro bono services to the National Crime Victim Law Institute.
