Schroeder Law Offices, PC, offers one free hour of consultation to new or potential clients on any water or water related matter. The initial consultation usually includes the preparing a summary letter mailed to you as a potential client.

Schroder Law Offices, PC, may require payment for the initial consultation when the matter is unrelated to water issues. For example, the firm requires an advanced fee of $700 to review and provide an initial consultation summary letter for easement matters that are unrelated to water use.

Schroeder Law Offices, PC, also gift certificates or membership benefit arrangements with the Agri-Business Council, the Oregon Groundwater Association, and the Washington Groundwater Association subject to the terms of those certificates and agreements.
